Are people implying that those not from ADMU are not well-educated and can freely go physical on anyone? If a person who did not study in ADMU physically assaulted a MMDA officer, would people react dramatically the same as Carabuena's incident? Moreover, if a person with no quality educational background did anything unethical towards an individual, would people take no notice of it and eventually let him off the hook?
